in a humble household room is now a group of companies housing itself in its spacious three storied structure the “NDT House” with a decade of existence.

Technofour electronics Pvt. Ltd.(TEPL) is a part of the group incorporated for providing check-weighing and metal detection machines and solutions to the Pharmaceuticals and food industries. The first Metal detection system to detect the metal contamination using Eddy current Technology was developed in the year 1982.

Today Not less than 3000 state of art Metal Detectors are being used by major pharmaceuticals, Food, Cosmetics, Chemicals, FMCG, Rubber, Textile Industries in India and Abroad. The Metal detectors meet most of the industrial standards and comply with cGMP norms and CE guidelines and features at par with the best availaible in the world today.

In the year 2000 TEPL developed the dynamic checkweigher system for online weighing applications which checks, classifies and rejects the underweight and overweight of the products. Today more than 500 state of the art checkweighers are being used by major Pharmaceuticals, Food, FMCG, industries in India and abroad.

The Checkweighers meet most of the industrial standards and comply with cGMP norms and CE guidelines and features at par with the best availaible in the world today. The checkweighers have successfully being used for bottle lines and the revolving checkweigher was introduced for critical apllications such as vials, Aerosols, Cans etc….

TEPL takes pride in their in house R&D team which has been actively involved for catering services to the Pharmaceuticals, Food and Chemical industries.
