M/S. Techind Engineers & Consultants-Impex., a firm of the Gohar Group, with its Registered office at D-386, Pul-Pehladpur, New Delhi-110044, is a partnership entity. Firm is registered with the Registrar of Firms to carry out the business of Turnkey Project Engineering & Management Consultancy. We are a team of well qualified and experienced Technocrats, operating PAN India, rendering professional services in our territory including SAARC region Countries as well.

Firm is also engaged in the representation of foreign principals, from Europe, U.S., Japan & Korea to market their machinery, equipment & Technology/ know-how to various clients worldwide. We have handled over 100 Projects in various Industry sectors: Industrial Machinery (Process & Packaging), Solar Energy, Pharma/ Biotech, Chemicals, Toiletries & Cosmetics besides Processed food and allied areas, in our territory. Import/ Export of Industrial machinery is one of the main interests of the firm, its expertise as a trading business House.

Mr. A.J.S. GOHAR is the Main partner of the firm assisted by Mrs.Kamalni Gohar as the second partner of this firm. Mr. Gohar is a technocrat with 40 years+ of experience in turnkey project consultancy assignments, with his team, handled successfully in the region. Mrs. K. Gohar handles all the commercial & administrative jobs of the firm responsible for both Noida, Delhi, Thane (Mumbai) offices.

Incorporation:

The firm is incorporated and registered with the registrar of firms since 23/11/2004. During this span of time, firm has progressed well to procure a sizable business, with overall annual sales of over Three Million USD. (approx. INR. 21.60 Cr.). This is achieved through the marketing of Machinery/ Equipment and services in co-operation with our foreign principals.

We are in the expansion process of our business in other areas of interest such as: Oil & Gas, Trading of Raw Materials, Engineering components, Chemicals, and precious metals, very soon, from its Delhi & Mumbai Offices. We have a close reach to our representatives in Bangladesh, Nepal & Sri Lanka. We had access to Pakistan Via Dubai, while we handled some chemical project directly, in the past from our Delhi Office.

We render services to our clients as a very economical package, on turnkey basis, where we recommend only a minimum import component (Only Critical) of capital goods and incorporating local components reasonably, to make overall investment economically viable.

So far firm is engaged with State Bank of India and Standard Chartered Banks at Noida & Thane Branches, for all regular day-to-day business operations but additional new accounts with other banks, branches remain as ongoing process as per our need and requirements.
